FULL SERVICE: 

This package is for the couple that needs help during the entire planning process.  We negotiate the final contracts with the venue and vendors, manage the  budget,  timeline, decorations, entertainment, transportation, and room accommodations.  

 

This package includes the preparation of the Rehearsal Dinner, searching for the venue, selecting a menu and managing the budget.  I am the single point of contact for the Bride, Groom, and Vendors on the wedding day.  I handle emergencies that may arise.

 

DAY OF COORDINATION: 

This package is for the couple that has hired all their own vendors and needs some additional help with the final details and the coordination of their wedding day.  I will review the contracts to ensure they are complete and all the details have been included.  

 

I will prepare a timeline for the wedding day and finalize the logistics with each vendor.  I will arrange and organize rehearsal and explain the wedding party's responsibilities. I am the single point of contact for the couple and their vendors on the wedding day. I handle any emergencies that may arise.

 

DESTINATION WEDDING WEEKENDS:

For the couple who wish to bring their families and friends together for a weekend celebration. With the additional logistics and production challenges that come along with multi-day events, plus having the wedding in an unfamiliar location, the couple will need increased support from a trusted professional.
