This service is included in the Full Service Wedding Package only. This service can be included for a nominal fee with both the Limited Service and One Day Service packages.
Meetings and Special Events
Initially, I meet with you to determine your meeting needs. Once your needs are established, I contact either the Visitor and Convention Center for assistance or contact the hotel or venues directly. Search for the ideal venue, review the competitive bids and finalize the contracts.
Arrange the meeting space, determine the seating style of the room and arrange any banquet functions. Set up registration, prepare the agenda, work within the budget and monitor the master account.
Follow up regularly with all parities involved, to ensure a successful event. I pride myself on my time management and organizational skills.
Weddings
Select one of the following wedding packages
Full Service: we work together during the entire planning process. I negotiate the final contracts with the venue and vendors, manage the budget, timeline, decorations and entertainment. This package includes the preparation of the Rehearsal Dinner, searching for the venue, selecting a menu and managing the budget.
Limited Service: You will selected your venue and vendors. I will review the contracts to ensure they are complete and the best prices were received. I will coordinate the wedding day's events. One to two months before your special day, I will finalize the logistics with each vendor and provide a timeline to follow . I will arrange rehearsal with the wedding party. Rehearsal dinner can be included for a nominal fee.
One Day Service : we will begin working together 1-2 months prior to the wedding day. I will contact each vendor, introduce myself as the wedding coordinator and establish their contact person for the event. Together we will work with the vendors on the final details and I will supply each a timeline to follow. I will arrange and organize rehearsal with the wedding party. Rehearsal dinner can be included for a nominal fee.
Decorate your Dream House
The wedding and honeymoon are over, now it is time to start your new life together. I will decorate your home from paint, to
furniture , accessories and more.
